Exchange/upgrade option
All vouchers can be credited at any time to other ticket vouchers or group tariffs by offsetting the amount already paid.
Vouchers can be transferred to other persons. In this case, it is essential to inform us of the name and address of the new owner. If a paid voucher would like to be returned, we reserve the right to charge a lump sum of up to CHF 50 for labour and material costs.
Cancellation / postponement of trips by passengers
Cancellations up to 5 days before the actual date of the trip (meeting time) are possible without cost. The Ballonteam Stefan Zeberli GmbH reserves the right to charge 50 % of the amount in case of a cancellation less than 5 days before the flight and the total amount in case of a cancellation within the last 24 hours before the flight. In case of no-show at the date of the journey, the voucher shall expire in principle; a booked journey shall also then be payable.
Validity of the vouchers
The vouchers are generally valid for at least two years.
Passing on vouchers to partner organisations
If we have bookings of 1-3 persons outside of zone 1 and no other guests who have the same wishes regarding the flight area etc., Air Ballonteam Stefan Zeberli GmbH reserves the right to refer passengers to other companies and partners of ours, if one of our partners is able to carry out the flight better and more promptly for logistical reasons - this is of course also in the interest of the customer.
